I have a proven ability to effectively drive change through strategic management, tactical thinking and operational knowledge. I have successfully implemented new digital technology both internally and customer-centric which has led to improved efficiency, a better user journey and overall improvement in customer satisfaction. My strong understanding of stakeholders, paired with my ability to translate needs into actionable strategies, has been key to archiving results driven by deep technological foundation.

Together with the country management in Sweco Denmark, we are working towards creating initiatives, management mechanisms and change platforms, in order to drive the company towards a greater spread of digital internal forms of collaboration and an increased focus on new digital business models.

STRATEGIC PARTNER FOR SDFE (FODS 5.3)

2018 - 2019

The pilot project on Urban Area Maintenance had two main objectives. The first was a test of whether the accuracy of a GNSS/TAPAS-based semi-autonomous vehicle in combination with Aarhus Municipality’s records of the physical conditions around a green area can form the basis for the automation/efficiency of a public maintenance task.

Project manager on the Ministry of the Environment’s GIS solution, SagsGIS, which also includes integration for the ESDH system Captia. Likewise, technical coordinator for the Ministry of the Environment’s operational setup in relation to SagsGIS. Project manager on the Danish Environmental Protection Agency’s CB card solutions, Bathing water and Noise, which deals with bathing water measurements and noise mapping.

FESD STANDARDIZATION

2007 - 2010

Participates in the FESD-GIS standardization together with the members of the FESD alliance, ScanJour, Traen and Software Innovation. The standardization takes place under the auspices of the IT & Telecom Agency.

DENMARK'S AREA INFORMATION (DAI)

2006 - 2012

Expansion of the CB card’s “core” component CBinfo, as well as expansion of the standard CB card configuration. Further developed integration module for Geoserver and data import functionality, as well as advice on system architecture. Responsible for setting up the production system consisting of application servers (Tomcat) and web servers (IIS). DAI is an important component of Denmark’s Environment Portal.

JIRA

2005 - 2011

System manager on JIRA (issue tracker system). Management of finances and technology, including software purchases and administrative decisions in connection with updates. Implementation of the new version control system, Subversion (SVN), in the GIS&IT division. Administration of customer-oriented user forum (phpBB) and Wiki (MediaWiki).

ESDH INTEGRATIONS

2005 - 2012

Expansion of CBkort’s “core” component, as well as expansion of the standard CBkort configuration to handle integration with Captia, Acadre, eDOC, ProfileESDH, F2 Technologies used: Java, XML, XSL and AJAX.
