CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
As the CTO at Rackhosting, I have successfully reshaped our IT strategy to strengthen alignment between our technology platform and evolving customer needs. I’ve led a transformation of our infrastructure operations, increasing reliability and performance across key services, while streamlining internal decision-making processes. By empowering a high-performing team, I have built a culture of ownership and innovation. These efforts have notably improved our customer satisfaction metrics and operational resilience.
HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY
At Sweco, I led a department of 40+ managers, engineers and specialists across multiple teams working with software product development, and also participated in spearheading the digital transformation of the compamy. I aligned our technical strategy with broader business goals, launched agile team structures, and initiated a sourcing strategy that reduced costs while increasing delivery capacity. Through strong stakeholder engagement, I delivered measurable improvements in time-to-market, team satisfaction, and system scalability.
DEVELOPMENT AND PORTFOLIO MANAGER
In this role, I took ownership of multiple core products and successfully repositioned them through iterative development and stakeholder engagement. I implemented value-driven product roadmaps and championed agile principles that resulted in faster delivery cycles and improved customer retention. My work directly impacted revenue growth and strengthened our internal collaboration between development, sales, and customer service.
PRODUCT OWNER
I led a cross-functional team spanning Denmark and Ukraine, focusing on delivering tailored software solutions to both public and private clients. Through customer-centric agile practices, I translated user needs into actionable plans and increased the success rate of project deliveries. I contributed to an organizational shift toward enterprise-wide Scrum adoption, which significantly enhanced our internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
DEVELOPER, CONSULTANT AND PROJECT MANAGER
As a full-stack developer and consultant, I developed scalable backend services and integrations based on a service-oriented architecture. I simultaneously managed several large-scale projects as acting project manager, ensuring technical success and client alignment. IT SUPPORTER
In this early role, I ensured operational continuity across user systems and infrastructure. I improved incident response times by implementing better documentation and support practices and laid the groundwork for automation in application deployment and network troubleshooting.

DIGITAL STRATEGY
Co-developed the digital strategy for Sweco Denmark alongside executive leadership. Designed and launched strategic initiatives that boosted internal digital collaboration and supported the development of new digital business models, positioning the company for future growth.
STRATEGIC PARTNER FOR SDFE (FODS 5.3)
Delivered a successful pilot for GNSS/TAPAS-based semi-autonomous vehicles in Aarhus Municipality. Demonstrated how high-precision geodata and smart automation could optimize public maintenance operations, providing a solid foundation for digital transformation in urban planning.
AGILE COACH
Facilitated the agile transformation at Sweco by coaching teams and management in adopting new frameworks and mindsets. Enabled faster iteration cycles, higher delivery quality, and a more adaptive culture aligned with product development best practices.
PRODUCT AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Led the ongoing development and roadmap of SpatialSuite, with a focus on scalability and alignment with customer needs. Strengthened product architecture and market positioning through close collaboration with technical teams and clients.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Led several large-scale development projects for public and private clients, overseeing three separate development teams. Ensured timely, high-quality deliveries by applying agile methodologies and strong cross-team coordination, which led to reduced risk and higher customer impact.
ARCHITECT - LER
Designed the technical architecture for a core module in Denmark’s national cable register (LER), improving data flow and usability for contractors and authorities. The solution enhanced regulatory compliance and data-driven infrastructure planning.
SCRUM MASTER
Acted as Scrum Master and process facilitator for SpatialSuite teams. Successfully introduced agile routines that balanced ongoing support with continuous development, resulting in improved delivery consistency and stakeholder visibility.
ADVISOR FOR EBST – DIGITAL PUBLIC BUILDING CASE
Provided strategic guidance on ESDH integration for the digitalization of building case management. Helped streamline workflows and improve accessibility of case data, contributing to increased transparency and efficiency in public administration.
SAGSGIS
Delivered the Ministry of the Environment’s GIS platform SagsGIS, including integration with Captia and coordination of multiple environmental data services. The project resulted in greater accessibility and operational efficiency for government agencies.
FESD STANDARDIZATION
Contributed to the national standardization of GIS solutions under the Danish IT & Telecom Agency. Helped define interoperability standards that simplified data exchange across municipal and national IT systems.
DENMARK'S AREA INFORMATION (DAI)
Extended core components of the CB card system, improving data import and visualization capabilities. Set up the full production environment and enabled DAI to become a foundational system within the Danish Environmental Portal.
JIRA
Served as system owner for JIRA and led several upgrades and integrations, including implementing version control and user-facing platforms. Improved development team coordination and transparency across the division.
ESDH INTEGRATIONS
Developed a flexible integration layer for multiple ESDH systems, increasing automation and reducing manual input errors for public sector customers. The solution became part of the standard CBkort offering.
